Designing accessible services

Published on 7 February 2023 This resource aims to help you develop and deliver accessible services (remotely and face to face).

We address the issues of who accesses services and who is excluded from them, set them within the legislative framework and government strategies, before highlighting organisations and resources that can help you bridge the gaps. It is intended that this resource is used as a guide and a toolkit in the development of inclusive clinic provision. LawWorks will regularly review this resource with the aim of keeping it updated.
