Key Responsibilities

  • Diary Management / Coordination
    • Diary management for the Pro Bono and wider Citizenship team.  Managing the Pro Bono Partner’s global diary that regularly changes in response to developing issues.
    • Managing day to day coordination for HL BaSE, including training, catalyst and reports
    • Create rotas for the team and events
    • Records budget expenditure and reconciles the budgets.
  • Correspondence
    • Preparing internal and external communications including Engagement letters
  • Comms/other projects
    • Support with publicity and copy material for press/events e.g. creating the content for the Responsible Business Party. Marketing the event to our clients and liaising with external and internal stakeholders.
    • Drafts the monthly 'Round Up' to inform colleagues of the ongoing work the team undertake and highlighting opportunities to get involved.
    • Running other projects as needed, recent examples include  the Ukraine Advice Project and the London Air Ambulance relationship.
  • Events
    • Manage major events e.g. Responsible Business Party
    • Works with room bookings and client events team to regularly run events.

Specific duties or responsibilities may be reviewed from time to time to reflect changes in personnel and management structure, staff location or services.

The Successful Candidate

Essential

  • Experience managing databases.
  • Experience volunteering and fundraising, for example ideally in the Third Sector or in a corporate.
  • Microsoft Project skills: working efficiently in Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.

Preferred

  • Experience working in Pro Bono or Citizenship related role.
