Pro Bono Week offers an opportunity to recognise and support the voluntary contribution made by the legal profession across the UK in giving free legal help to those in need. 

Take part in Pro Bono Week

Arrange an event in Pro Bono Week: law firms, chambers, legal societies, charities, in-house lawyers, law schools and universities are encouraged to plan comms and events both internal or external. It is also an opportunity to publish reports or launch new initiatives to an engaged pro bono audience. We’d love to know if you’re planning an event in 2026, please see the Event Planning page.

Post on social media or your website in Pro Bono Week: show your commitment to pro bono, or to thank your volunteers, or to showcase a particular pro bono lawyer or project. Law students at UK institutions may volunteer to join the Pro Bono Week Student Council (applications will re-open later this year).
