National Pro Bono Day takes place in May each year, on Tuesday of National Law Week.
The day provides an opportunity to celebrate the pro bono work undertaken by the Australian legal profession. On this day Walks for Justice are also held simultaneously across the country to support and raise funds for local pro bono referral organisations. In 2026, the Walks for Justice will take place on 19 May 2026.
